Reading Power Tower

My mom and I made a Reading Power Tower when we made the math one. O(5) LOVES this one, too, and she's getting lots of fun practice reading sight words!

We took turns reading all of the words to make a huge tower!

She loved knocking it down!

  1. I just bought my 200 pack of Dixie cups yesterday. Plan to build our word tower tonight.

I'm willing to try just about anything for sight words. This looks like a lot of fun.

  2. Can you tell more about this? I would love to possibly do it with my daughter but I am not sure what you do. TIA!

  3. I just checked and the post is no longer on the blog where I originally found it. So, basically all you do is write sight words on dixie cups, and then take turns reading the words as you stack them into a tower. It's very simple and very fun!
